Renovation

We have developed a reputation for striking renovations of the beloved VANCOUVER SPECIAL but large scale renovation can be very different to New Home Construction. In a lot of ways it is trickier and requires more creative solutions along the way. In addition there are always problems lurking that may not be apparent at first glance and which need to be considered and budgeted for. Its hard work but we love it.
